Our uniforms and garments are sublimated. Sublimation is a process for which all logos, numbers and designs you desire become part of the fabric. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric. The effects are permanent, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print. The quality is outstanding! Normal prints will fade, crack or peel, like it usually happens with screen printing. Not with this technique at Trikiwear!
In short, Trikiwear does not carry inventory and we manufacture every piece as they are ordered, with no minimum quantities required! We can personalize and customize to create your club, team or organizaton unique needs.
For the reasons above, we take 2-3 weeks to ship your order. 2-3 weeks is still very fast in comparison to most sports sublimation manufacturers!
